Catching Up: Missionaries on Boxing Day

Elder Wafula and Elder Hales organized a fun Pday for all missionaries from Nairobi, Naivasha and Kilungu Hills.  A day of kicking a ball around, throwing a frisbee, visiting, and eating.  I will finish labeling the pictures when I have time.  But you missionary moms will be able to pick out your sons pretty quickly!  Be sure to click on the pictures to enlarge.

The sister missionaries enjoyed visiting together.  Sister Gondwe on top, Sister Were bottom right.

Sister Kiio and Sister Shanya with a visitor in green.

Sister Msane and sister missionaries

Not sure why this picture is here on Boxing Day.  This is in our mission office.  Elder Apuoyo and Elder Cox.

Sister Msane meeting two prospective missionaries; Elder Limu in white shirt.

Elder Butters and Elder Manu

Short, old Elder Torrie and tall, young Elder Manu!

Elders Barnard, Hales and Coombs helping unload food from President Msane's vehicle.

Elder Muzwenje and Elder Hales trying to defrost a huge junk of frozen steaks.  Elder Hales forgot to take it out of the freezer.  They put it in the microwave and it was as big as the microwave and only succeeded in cooking some of it but not really defrosting it.  Elder Hales has learned not to forget to take food out of the freezer!

Elder Coombs helping to get the barbecue going.

Unknown, Elder Limu, Unknown brother who just happened by.

Elder Egbert, Elder Wood, Elder Coombs

Elder Torrie found a piano in the Buruburu meetinghouse.  First real piano we've seen in a long time.  It had terrible sound.

Elder McGrath barbecuing.

Elder Noel (middle) and Elder Barnard (right) visiting.
